The ninth round of the Polish Boxing League will be a special occasion for Polish Olympic-style boxing. All four matches are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, September 19-20, in Hall E at Targi Kielce. Fans can watch them during the 5th Polish Boxing Forum and the International Boxing Industry Fair.

On Friday, Imperium Boxing Wałbrzych will face CKB Potężnie Ciechocinek, while league leaders KB Legia Warszawa will take on Golden Team Nowy Sącz. On Saturday, Concordia Knurów will meet RKB Wisłok 1995 Rzeszów, and second-placed WKB Rushh Kielce will face Pomorzanin Boxing Team Toruń.

The lineups will include boxers who competed at the recent World Championships in Liverpool. Paweł Brach (60 kg, WKB Rushh Kielce) and Adam Tutak (90 kg, KB Legia Warszawa) both reached the quarterfinals there. Legia’s roster also includes Nikolas Pawlik (55 kg), Bartłomiej Rośkowicz (65 kg), Paweł Sulęcki (70 kg), Nikodem Kozak (80 kg) and Oskar Kopera (90 kg). Michał Jarliński (75 kg) represents Pomorzanin Boxing Team.

They are not the only leading Polish boxers fans will be able to see in the Kielce ring. The teams feature many accomplished fighters. Some attended the national squad’s training camp in Sheffield, while health problems prevented others from competing. There are also boxers moving closer to a place on the national team.

KB Legia holds a commanding lead in the standings. It has a perfect 16 points, four more than WKB Rushh and six more than Imperium Boxing and Pomorzanin Boxing Team. In Kielce, Legia will meet Golden Team Nowy Sącz, the only team without a win.

Distinguished guests will be in the stands. Polish boxing legends Andrzej Gołota and Dariusz Michalczewski are among those who have confirmed they will attend the forum and fair. The 2025 World Championships medalists will also be there: gold medalist Agata Kaczmarska and silver medalists Julia Szeremeta, an Olympic silver medalist, and Aneta Rygielska. Promising young boxers who will soon compete at the European Junior Championships will also travel to Kielce.

Many Polish boxers serve in the Polish Armed Forces. Their presence will therefore be an important part of this year’s forum. The program includes military equipment displays and demonstrations of soldiers’ training.
