Polish Boxing League Round 2: Winners Face Winners

The Polish Boxing League’s Round 2 schedule is set. From April 25 to 27, the winners of the opening matches will face each other. The same goes for teams that began the season with defeats.
KB Legia Warszawa will host KKB Rushh Kielce, while Boxing Team Toruń will face CKS Potężnie Ciechocinek. All four teams have two points and a chance to add to their totals.
On paper, Legia and Rushh have the strongest squads. The regional derby between the two teams from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship also looks intriguing.
The remaining teams are still waiting for their first points. In Round 2, Imperium Boxing Wałbrzych will face Wisłok Rzeszów, while Golden Team Nowy Sącz will meet Concordia Knurów. TVP Sport will broadcast the first of those matches.
Rounds 2 and 3 will be a test ahead of the Feliks Stamm Memorial in Warsaw in May. The tournament honoring the outstanding coach will be a World Boxing World Cup event.
