Only two Polish women won their quarterfinals in Budva

Polish boxers will bring home three medals from the 11th European Youth Boxing Championships in Budva. This is a more modest haul than expected. Eight Polish women competed in the quarterfinals today, but only two of them won their bouts. One boxer, meanwhile, received a bye into the semifinals.
Therefore, alongside Weronika Bochen (+80 kg), Nikola Prymaczenko (52 kg) and Barbara Marcinkowska (70 kg) will fight for places in the final. We hope these will not be their last bouts of the tournament.
