Nine Polish Boxers at the 2nd European Games

Ireneusz Przywara, coach of Poland’s senior boxing team, has revealed his selections for the 2nd European Games in Minsk. He named the nine Polish boxers who will compete in the Belarusian capital. Contrary to earlier information posted by the organizers on their website, Damian Durkacz (64 kg) and Rafał Perczyński (75 kg) will travel to Minsk in the red-and-white colors.

Poland will be represented at the European Games in Minsk, in weight-class order, by Jakub Słomiński (Wda Świecie, 49 kg), Jarosław Iwanow (Wisła Kraków, 56 kg), Radomir Obruśniak (KSW Róża Karlino, 60 kg), Damian Durkacz (Spartan Knurów, 64 kg), Filip Wąchała (SAKO Gdańsk, 69 kg), Rafał Perczyński (SAKO Gdańsk, 75 kg), Mateusz Goiński (Zagłębie Konin, 81 kg), Tomasz Niedźwiecki (Orkan Gorzów Wielkopolski, 91 kg) and Adam Kulik (PACO Lublin, +91 kg).
